Terms and Conditions

  1. These Conditions shall apply to all advertisements accepted for publication unless otherwise agreed by both parties in writing.
  2. Within these Conditions, the ‘Advertiser’ is the person or company placing an advertisement with the Publisher.  The ‘Publisher’ is Audio Times.
  3. All advertisements are subject to acceptance by the Publisher who may reject any advertisement which they consider unsuitable for inclusion in Audio Times.
  4. The Publisher reserves the right to remove an advertisement at any time for good reason in which case no claim for breach of contract shall be liable on the Publisher.
  5. The Advertiser warrants to the Publisher that the advertisement does not contravene any Act of Parliament nor is it in any way illegal or defamatory or an infringement of any other party’s rights or an infringement of the British Code of Advertising Practise.
  6. The Advertiser will indemnify the Publisher fully in respect of any claim made against the Publisher arising from the advertisement no matter in which Country’s jurisdiction the claim is pursued.
  7. Payment for advertisements placed shall be due not later than 30 days from the date when the advertisement first appears in Audio Times.  For repeat advertisements then payment shall be due not later than 30 days from the agreed renewal first insertion date.
  8. The Publisher reserves the right to suspend any or all advertisements should the Advertiser fail to make payment within the due date or should any legal case be brought against the Advertiser which in the sole opinion of the Publisher might harm the reputation of Audio Times.
  9. If for any reason one of these conditions should prove not enforceable then the remainder of the conditions shall still apply.
  10. These Conditions and any dispute arising shall be subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
